Bump to Baby Pregnancy Yoga Classes are lovingly designed to support your body and mind as you grow and nurture your baby.
Suitable from 12 weeks onward, our classes are suitable for all mums to be, whether or not you have practiced yoga before.
Each class is designed to support you to connect with your changing body, develop and maintain strength and flexibility and connect with your birthing body as your baby grows.
Classes are an hour, with 45 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of deeply relaxing guided meditation.
Classes are held in the beautiful tranquility of The Nurture Studio - Bump to Baby’s dedicated pregnancy and postnatal well-being studio.
