At Bump to Baby we know only too well that growing, birthing and nurturing a baby takes your body through an amazing transformation.
Your beautiful body has been on such a journey, and however your baby was born into the world, your body will quite rightly be different than it was before.
At Bump to Baby we celebrate and honour your body as it is now, and our postnatal yoga classes are designed to help you reintroduce gentle movement, rebuild core strength and rebuild confidence and control to your pelvic floor.
The restorative classes are gently led by Nicola, a qualified Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga instructor who enjoys the connection between mind and body that yoga brings. A long time Reiki healer and Meditation teacher, Nicola‘s classes are calming and grounding for the body and mind.
Classes are held in the tranquility of The Nurture Studio, and online.
Suitable from 8 weeks postpartum for a vaginal birth, 10+ weeks for an assisted birth / episiotomy and 12+ weeks following your caesarean birth- please do chat to me so that we can ensure the classes are right for your stage of your journey.
