During this 5 week course, you will enjoy a range of yoga inspired stretches and exercises for both baby and mum - yes that's right, the babies join in too!
Mum & Baby Yoga is a wonderful way to bond with your baby whilst you both enjoy some gentle exercise.
Baby Yoga has been shown to:
Over the course of the 5 weekly sessions, we work through a variety of Baby Yoga postures, stretches and gentle exercises that build into a full body yoga routine. We also include gentle yoga inspired stretches for mum to support your postnatal recovery.
Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to mobile. Suitable for mums from 6 weeks following a vaginal birth and 12 weeks onwards following a caesarean birth or birth with a 3rd or 4th degree tear. Please speak to me for guidance.
Life Spaces Baby Yoga Classes are small and intimate sessions, with limited places, to allow you and baby to enjoy a calming and bonding time together.
Courses are held in the beautiful tranquility of The Nurture Studio at Life Spaces, our bespoke space to nurture growth, development and community.
All resources are provided for classes, and refeshments, hot drinks and cake or fruit platter is available to enjoy at the end of each session.
5 week course, £49 bookable in advance.
Mum & Baby yoga runs over a 5 week course, starting at the beginning of each month.
Fridays 11:00-12:00 at The Nurture Studio, Life Spaces Bump to Baby, Nuneaton.
Places are limited and pre-booking is required.
